At Adventure Academy CC, mornings are a vibrant blend of structured learning and joyful free play. Our carefully crafted schedule ensures a smooth transition into the day, fostering social interaction and curiosity from the moment your child arrives.
7:00 – 7:30 AM: Arrival and greetings. Children are welcomed with warm smiles, offering free play and a nutritious breakfast to start their day right.
7:30 – 8:00 AM: Morning group time. We gather for circle time, engaging stories, and joyful songs that build community and early literacy skills.
8:00 – 9:00 AM: Learning centers. Children explore various centers focusing on art, blocks, dramatic play, and sensory exploration, encouraging creativity and problem-solving.
9:00 – 9:30 AM: Outdoor play or large-motor activities. Whether it's active outdoor play or engaging indoor movement and dance, children develop gross motor skills and enjoy fresh air.
9:30 – 10:00 AM: Handwashing and morning snack. A healthy snack break, paired with essential hygiene practices.
10:00 – 11:00 AM: Literacy activities. Focused sessions on letter recognition, reading readiness, and early writing skills.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Clean-up and lunch time. Children help tidy up before enjoying a wholesome lunch, fostering responsibility and good eating habits.
Learning and growing with us
12:00 – 1:30 PM: Rest and quiet time. Children rest on their individual mats while calming music or soft stories create a peaceful environment for relaxation and recharging.
1:30 – 2:00 PM: Handwashing and afternoon snack. Children practice healthy hygiene habits before enjoying a nutritious snack together.
2:00 – 2:45 PM: Math and science exploration. Through counting, sorting, measuring, and simple experiments, children build curiosity and develop early problem-solving skills.
2:45 – 3:30 PM: Outdoor play or free-choice centers. Children enjoy active play outdoors or choose learning centers that encourage creativity, social interaction, and independent exploration.
3:30 – 4:00 PM: Group story time and movement activities. We gather again for stories, music, and movement, strengthening language development and coordination.
4:00 – 4:30 PM: Clean-up and departure routine. Children help tidy the classroom and enjoy calm transition activities as they prepare to say goodbye and head home.
